The personal service is amazing. From the moment you enter this beautiful salon you know it’s going to be a good experience. The entire staff is friendly and I am always greeted with a smile from the front desk staff ( Amber, Jeremy, Michael, and Dylan) Pricing is clear and transparent ( if you aren’t sure just ask them : ) ) The managers are personal and they genuinely care about what service you are seeking. Chloe ( manager) is incredibly sweet and kind. Chloe consistently watches her staff as they help customers to ensure each customer receives the care they are paying for. The talented nail tech I use is Kylie however she is out of town at the moment. My daughter always books with Kim or Jason. Their attention to detail is exceptional. I am always blown away at the art they are able to do on her nails. The art work is amazing. I have referred many people and friends to Milano and that will not change. As soon as you walk through those doors, you instantly feel welcomed by the receptionists. Michael, Dylan, and Amber are some of the kindest and inclusive people that I have ever met, from the beginning to the end of my appointment; they are nothing short of friendly, kind, and welcoming. The manager, Jeremy, is such a wonderful person and makes sure that you feel your best while in the spa. I frequently see Kim and Johnny; as soon as they come to greet me, I feel happy and at home, for they do a great job of communicating with me to give me the perfect nails.
